The intent of our coding guideline is to help developers to read, write and maintain source code for Digital Solutions of Porsche.

This leads in our opinion to less lifecycle costs, improved maintainability and a higher level of security.

If you think that the severity, the type of rules or the rule itself no longer fits, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this assessment with you. This enables us to guarantee an up-to-date and applicable set of rules for all Porsche Digital Solutions.

In our coding guideline, we have focused on the automated testing of SonarQube Rulesets. In the sense of clean code, other principles and good practices provide the part that is not too automated.
